Corporate gifting questions
Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts? +
No minimum — a single box is fine. Volume discounts start at 5 boxes (5% off) and rise to 20% off at 100 boxes or more.
Can you deliver to lots of different addresses? +
Yes. Add each recipient’s address in the order form, or upload a CSV of names and addresses, and every box is sent to its own address from one order. Each recipient can have their own flavour and gift message.
Can we put our logo on the boxes? +
Yes. Tick “Custom branding” when you place the order and upload your logo, and we print it on the packaging.
How far in advance should we order? +
Everything is baked to order. Standard orders placed by 2pm are dispatched the next working day; larger corporate runs need a little longer, so tell us the date you need them when you order and we will confirm it. For Christmas, the earlier the better.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order? +
Approved trade accounts can pay by purchase order on 30-day terms. Apply for a trade account and we run a quick credit check; otherwise you can pay by card straight away.
Do you cater for allergies and vegan diets? +
Every box lists its full ingredients and allergens on its product page, and we have vegan brownie boxes. Tell us about any dietary needs when you order and we will help you choose.
Where do you deliver? +
Anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail tracked delivery, direct from our bakery in Bournemouth, Dorset.
