1. About us

2. Overseas orders

We currently ship to mainland UK only. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

3. Eligibility to purchase

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase from our site.

4. Prices

Prices are quoted at the time of ordering and are based on UK delivery unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are not included in product prices and will be shown at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express). By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

6. Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

7. Delivery

We'll deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery dates are approximate. If no date is specified, delivery will take place within 30 days of dispatch. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations and returns

Before dispatch: You may cancel by emailing hello@bournemouthbrownie.co.uk at any time before we dispatch your order.

After dispatch: As our products are perishable baked goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We do not offer returns or refunds on dispatched food products.

Quality issues: If your order arrives damaged or is of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us immediately at hello@bournemouthbrownie.co.uk with your order number and we'll resolve it.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, or for any delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. postal delays, severe weather). Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Allergens

All our brownies are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, nuts, and sulphites. Full allergen information is provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure any product is suitable for you or the recipient before ordering. If you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
