We want you to love every brownie. Here's our policy if something isn't right.

Perishable goods

Due to our products being perishable goods, we do not offer returns or refunds as standard. Our brownies are freshly made and have a limited shelf life (up to 7 days in the fridge), so we can't accept them back once dispatched.

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please get in touch โ€” we genuinely want to make it right. Contact us at hello@bournemouthbrownie.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

We review every complaint individually and do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, we're unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel before dispatch, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bournemouthbrownie.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

Please note that baked goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations as they are perishable items.
