Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about getting your brownies to you safely and speedily.
How we ship
We send all orders via Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail Tracked 24, so your brownies arrive in tip-top condition.
When do you dispatch?
Orders placed by 2PM are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends will be dispatched the following working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Head's up — they won't fit through the letterbox!
Our parcels are a little too big to go through most letterboxes, so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery — or that you have a safe place arrangement with your postie.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We're not able to replace items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout — so worth a second look!
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We're working on more options — watch this space!
Local collection in Bournemouth
If you're lucky enough to live in or near Bournemouth and Dorset, you're welcome to select Click & Collect at checkout. We'll get in touch with your collection details once your order is ready.
