The Flavour Story
"Maltesers say they're "the lighter way to enjoy chocolate." We respectfully disagree with this approach. Our Malteser brownie piles a rich chocolate base high with blitzed Maltesers and finishes it with swirls of white and milk chocolate drizzle. Each brownie is individually decorated in our Bournemouth bakery. Serves 6–8. Store in the fridge; lasts up to 7 days."
Every malteser brownie box is handmade to order in our Bournemouth bakery, using only Callebaut Belgian chocolate and free-range eggs. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just genuine baked-with-love craft.
How to enjoy it
🧊
Fridge cold
Dense, fudgy, intensely chocolatey. Our favourite way.
🌡️
Room temperature
Softer and more yielding. Ready straight from the box.
♨️
10 seconds in the microwave
Warm and gooey. Dangerously good with ice cream.
Make it even better
Perfect Pairings
☕
Espresso
The bitterness cuts through the chocolate perfectly
🍦
Vanilla Ice Cream
Warm brownie + cold ice cream = heaven
🍷
Red Wine
A proper indulgent evening treat
I 100% recommend the Bournemouth Brownie Company! I recently ordered 160 brownies very last minute for a work event and they were 10/10. Communication was easy and the brownies were hand delivered on the morning.

Pleased to have ordered for a second time from this local independent business, as gifts for my family. I ordered in advance of Valentine's day and specified if they could please send them so they arrived on the 14th and my instructions were followed and the surprise was a success. I'm told the brownies are always delicious and I'm very jealous of the photos I'm sent.

I’ve ordered many times from this amazing company. Simply the best brownies I’ve ever tasted. When we were thinking about what to have instead of a cake for our wedding, it didn’t take long for us to decide on these. Shaun made us 90 bite sized Lotus Biscoff brownies and they were extremely popular with guests. I ate far too many to mention and they were gone within minutes! The brownies were beautifully presented and it was such a pleasure to work with Shaun. Such a unique treat from a friendly local business. Thank you so much 🙏👌😊
